Delivery to United KingdomWe usually maintain a large amount of stock for the goods we offer. Therefore, in most cases, we will be able to dispatch net curtains to any address in the United Kingdom within 3 working days of receiving your order.Please note that the delivery times specified above are estimates given in good faith and we will not be held liable for any failure to deliver within the specified period. However, we will notify you if for any reason we believe that your order will take significantly longer than usual to process and deliver..All deliveries for the the value of £0.01 - £49.99 will only incur a £3.95 delivery charge at the end of the checkout, deliveries on this band will be dispatched using Royal Mail or Parcel Force, please allow 2-4 working days for delivery.ANY orders over the value of £49.99 will be DELIVERED FREE of charge TO UK MAINLAND

Returns and Refunds

We are confident that you will be pleased with your purchase. Should there be any fault with the net curtains at the time you receive them, you may return them to us within 14 days of receipt and we will offer you a full refund. Will we also offer a full refund if the design or measurements of the net curtains do not correspond with your order. The nets must not be adjusted in any way and must be returned within 14 days in merchantable condition including all original packaging. If we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully merchantable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund. If you do return goods to us, we recommend that you obtain proof of postage because we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit, Any net curtains that we have to cut  from a roll ,we cannot offer a refund if you have made an error in your measurements or if you subsequently change your mind about the design. This is because all our net curtains are bespoke (made-to-measure) in accordance with a customer’s specific requirements. We appreciate that a mistake can therefore be costly and we would urge you to measure your window carefully and contact us if you have any queries. We will also send an initial sample free of charge. If you do realise after making an order that your measurements are incorrect or that you would prefer an alternative design, please contact us as soon as possible. If we have not yet cut the nets, we would be happy to adjust your order free of charge.Your statutory rights are not affected. As with all net curtains, please allow a tolerance measurement of 20mm on the overall depth (Drop).

We take security very seriously indeed, and therefore use the leading online payment service PayPal to process financial transactions. Washing Instructions

All manufacturers recommend that nets and voile curtains should be usually hand washed.

Before washing, gently shake out any dust, and then immerse the curtain in like warm water that contains soap or detergent.

Net curtain whitener will help restore net curtains to their original brightness. Do not use a bleaching agent.

Rinse thoroughly and drip dry.

Most creases will drop out during drying, but press lightly using a cool iron on the reverse if needed.

We recommend that all net curtains should be washed every 5-6 weeks. This helps to maintain the whiteness
