The business employee (or owner/co owner as Im not sure) Sams' shows an excellant customer service character. In fact Id go as far as to say the customer service provided is exemplory as you (or Sam depending on who reads this) provide a friendly, helpful and patient service which is very rare in my experience of business transactions and no doubt customers' perceptions in general.
Elaborating further the customer service shown is of such an impeccable level that I had to show my appreciation and thanks for the outstanding support received by Sam for the business Mr Net Curtains.
In fact Id categorise this customer service as a role model for other businesses to learn from and aspire to.
This deserves recognition, thus on the subject of recognition I'm wondering would you mind me suggesting your website owners look into implimenting a customer testimonial section of the site to detail the commitment to its customers with a friendly welcoming reassuring stance!
If you have plans to impliment a customer testimonials section could you possibly include this or a section of this message into it as my contribution? Or let me know and I will prepare another message to include in it.
